Job Title: Arabic Teacher Assistant (KG)
Key Responsibilities:
Assist the Arabic KG teacher in delivering lessons and activities.
Support students in understanding Arabic letters, vocabulary, and basic language skills.
Help maintain a structured, safe, and positive classroom environment.
Prepare teaching materials, visual aids, and learning resources as directed by the teacher.
Monitor student behavior and provide guidance to encourage participation and engagement.
Assist in evaluating student progress and reporting observations to the lead teacher.
Support classroom routines, transitions, and activities.
Collaborate with teachers and staff to implement curriculum plans effectively.
Requirements / Eligibility:
KG Teachers: B.Ed or Level 3 with 2–3 years of UAE experience.
Teacher Assistants: Graduation with UAE experience preferred.
Strong communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skills.
Ability to work patiently and empathetically with young learners.
