Requirements:
Proven UAE experience as a Sushi Chef is mandatory.
Must be currently based in Abu Dhabi.
Availability for immediate joining is highly preferred.
Strong knowledge of Japanese cuisine, sushi preparation, and presentation.
Excellent knife skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work in a high-pressure, fast-paced kitchen environment.
Strong teamwork and communication skills.
