Experience Requirement:
8–12+ years of overall experience in Interior Design
Proven track record of delivering complex, large-scale projects
Demonstrated experience in mentoring and guiding junior designers
At least 3 years of Dubai/UAE experience
Key Responsibilities:
Lead interior design projects from concept to completion
Develop design concepts, layouts, material palettes, and specifications
Prepare and review drawings, BOQs, and presentations
Coordinate with clients, consultants, vendors, and site teams
Ensure design quality, timelines, and budget adherence
Supervise and mentor junior designers and design teams
Conduct design reviews and provide technical guidance
Handle client presentations and design approvals
