Job Title: Team Leader – Sales (Salary + Commission)
Qualifications & Experience:
High school diploma or bachelor’s degree preferred
Minimum 1 year of experience leading sales teams, preferably in real estate
Requirements:
Proven experience leading a sales team
Lead and supervise a team of sales agents to achieve sales targets
Coach, mentor, and motivate team members for improved performance
Monitor team performance and provide regular feedback
Support team in closing deals with clients for exclusive property units
Prepare reports on sales performance, targets, and team activities
Coordinate with management for strategic planning and goal setting
Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
Target-driven mindset with the ability to motivate and guide a team
