Job Title: Finance Manager
Qualifications & Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field;
Minimum 5 to 8 years of experience in finance, accounting, or related roles
Proven experience managing financial operations, budgets, and reporting
Requirements:
Oversee all financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting
Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and corporate policies
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
Analyze financial performance and provide strategic recommendations to management
Manage cash flow, working capital, and investment planning
Lead and mentor the finance team for efficiency and accuracy
Coordinate with auditors, banks, and regulatory authorities
Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial regulations, and reporting standards
Proven experience in financial planning, analysis, and risk management
Leadership and team management skills
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication abilities
