Job Title:
Senior Recruitment Specialist – DXB
Qualifications & Experience:
Graduate / Post Graduate
5–7 years of proven experience in recruitment, preferably in the same industry
Experience in end-to-end recruitment including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding
Prior experience in UAE / GCC recruitment is an advantage
Responsibilities:
Manage full-cycle recruitment for technical, vocational, and professional roles
Source candidates through job portals, referrals, social media, and recruitment drives
Screen resumes and conduct preliminary interviews
Coordinate with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements
Schedule interviews and manage candidate communications
Ensure timely closure of positions while maintaining quality hiring standards
Maintain recruitment databases and reports
Ensure compliance with company policies and UAE labor regulations
Requirements:
Strong understanding of vocational and technical recruitment processes
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to handle multiple positions simultaneously
Target-oriented with strong time-management skills
Familiarity with UAE labor laws and visa processes is preferred
