Technical Coordinator
Qualifications & Experience:
Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering / Architecture / Interior Design or related field
Minimum 5 years of fit-out contracting–specific experience
Prior experience in UAE / Dubai fit-out projects is preferred
Responsibilities:
Coordinate technical aspects of fit-out projects from design to execution
Review drawings, specifications, and BOQs for accuracy and compliance
Liaise with consultants, designers, subcontractors, and site teams
Ensure timely submission and approval of shop drawings and material submittals
Support project managers in planning, scheduling, and technical coordination
Identify and resolve technical issues during project execution
Ensure compliance with project specifications, quality standards, and safety requirements
Maintain technical documentation and records
Requirements:
Strong knowledge of fit-out construction methods, materials, and finishes
Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications
Good coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills
Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Office (knowledge of project management software is an advantage)
