Job Title:
Plant Manager – Roads & Infrastructure
Qualifications & Experience:
Bachelor’s Degree in Civil / Mechanical / Construction Engineering or related field
Minimum 8–12 years of experience in plant operations, preferably in roads and infrastructure projects
UAE experience advantage
Proven track record in managing plant operations, equipment, and workforce in construction or infrastructure projects
Requirements:
Oversee daily operations of the plant, including machinery, production, and workforce management
Ensure timely and efficient supply of materials to project sites
Monitor plant performance, productivity, and maintenance schedules
Implement health, safety, and environmental policies in accordance with UAE regulations
Plan and manage budgets, resource allocation, and operational costs
Coordinate with project managers, site engineers, and procurement teams
Ensure compliance with quality standards, specifications, and project timelines
Supervise and train plant staff to optimize performance
Strong knowledge of plant machinery, construction equipment, and road infrastructure operations
Experience managing budgets, inventories, and production schedules
Familiarity with UAE construction and safety regulations
