Job Title: Cost Controller – Catering / Hotels / F&B
Qualifications & Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Hospitality, or related field preferred
2–5 years of experience as a Cost Controller in catering, hotels, central kitchens, or F&B operations
Experience with UAE catering operations, including bulk production and event costing, is mandatory
Responsibilities:
Monitor and control costs for catering, hotel, or F&B operations
Prepare budgets, forecasts, and cost reports for bulk production and events
Analyze variances between actual and budgeted costs and recommend corrective actions
Work closely with procurement, kitchen, and operations teams to optimize costs
Maintain accurate records of food, labor, and operational expenses
Ensure compliance with company financial policies and UAE regulations
