Qualification
Bachelor’s Degree in Civil / Mechanical / Structural Engineering (Mandatory)
Key Requirements
Strong understanding of structural steel systems for commercial, industrial, and Oil & Gas projects (ADNOC experience preferred)
Practical knowledge of steel fabrication and erection practices (hands-on, not theoretical only)
Familiar with international codes and standards: AISC, BS, Eurocode, AWS
Awareness of UAE authority requirements and client standards
Ability to identify constructability risks and cost drivers at early stages
Key Responsibilities
Review tender and contract documents (drawings, specifications, scope of work)
Prepare and validate detailed quantity take-offs and cost estimates
(materials, fabrication, coating, erection)
Develop technical proposals, method statements, and execution plans
Manage and respond to RFIs and RFQs
Act as the central technical coordinator between stakeholders
