Job Title: Office Administrator (Female)
Qualifications & Experience:
Graduate / Diploma in Business Administration or related field
Minimum 2–5 years of UAE experience in the same position is mandatory
Experience in security services industry preferred
Responsibilities:
Handle day-to-day office administration and clerical tasks
Maintain records, files, and office documentation
Coordinate with security guards and CCTV teams for documentation and compliance
Assist in preparing reports, correspondence, and schedules
Coordinate with management and external stakeholders
Ensure smooth office operations and administrative support
Requirements:
Female candidates only
Must be currently available in Dubai
Nationality required: Philippines, Nepal, Pakistan, or India
UAE experience in the same role is mandatory
Knowledge of SIRA requirements is essential
