Site Electrical Engineer

Job Location : Dubai, United Arab Emirates

Key Responsibilities:

• Site Supervision: Manage day-to-day electrical installations (Power, Lighting, and ELV systems) ensuring strict adherence to approved shop drawings and project specifications.
• Authority Coordination: Oversee the entire DEWA inspection process, from raising Inspection Requests (IRs) to obtaining final power connection.
• MEP Coordination: Proactively coordinate with Civil, HVAC, and Plumbing teams to resolve service clashes in tight ceiling spaces and corridors.
• Documentation: Prepare and manage material requests, BOQs, load schedules, RFIs, and as-built drawings.
• Labor Management: Direct site technicians and subcontractors to ensure work is completed safely and on schedule.

Mandatory Requirements:

• Experience: Minimum 8+ years of dedicated experience as an Electrical Engineer on residential building sites in the UAE.
• Project History: Proven track record of completing mid-rise residential projects (G+5 to G+20) in Dubai.
• Technical Skills: Deep knowledge of DEWA building regulations, LV panel installations, and testing & commissioning.
• Availability: Immediate joiners (Visit Visa, Freelance Visa, or Cancelled Visa) are highly preferred.
