Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute business development strategies to expand market share in the UAE
Identify and acquire new clients in freight forwarding, warehousing, distribution, and supply chain solutions
Build and maintain long-term relationships with key customers and stakeholders
Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements
Collaborate with operations and sales teams to design customized logistics solutions
Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and commercial contracts
Negotiate pricing and terms to achieve and exceed revenue targets
Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and networking forums
Qualifications & Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field
Minimum 5 years of experience in business development or sales within the UAE logistics industry
Must have an existing Book of Business
Strong understanding of:
Freight forwarding
Customs clearance
Warehousing & distribution
UAE logistics regulations
Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills
Proficient in MS Office and CRM systems
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
Fluent in English (Arabic is an advantage)
Valid UAE Driving License and own car required
