Qualifications & Experience:
Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or related field
Experience: Minimum 7+ years of relevant experience in Roads & Infrastructure projects
Must have UAE experience (mandatory)
Candidates currently located in the UAE preferred
Responsibilities:
Plan, execute, and monitor roads and infrastructure projects according to project specifications
Prepare project schedules, work plans, and resource allocation
Review and interpret project drawings, designs, and technical specifications
Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and clients for project execution
Conduct site inspections to ensure quality, safety, and compliance standards
Monitor project progress, report on performance, and manage issues
Ensure adherence to UAE construction codes, standards, and authority approvals
Support cost estimation, budgeting, and progress reporting
Requirements:
Strong knowledge of roads, highways, and infrastructure construction practices
Proficiency in project management, AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and other engineering software
Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and lead site teams
UAE experience is mandatory
