We are urgently hiring a Draftsman with 1–2+ years of UAE experience in the fitout industry to join an active and fast-paced project environment in Dubai. This role is critical to supporting architectural, joinery, and fitout execution through accurate and detailed technical drawings.
The position offers hands-on involvement in high-profile fitout projects, close coordination with design and execution teams, and exposure to industry-standard materials and specifications. Key Responsibilities:
Prepare detailed architectural and joinery drawings for fitout projects
Develop accurate AutoCAD drawings in line with project specifications
Coordinate with design, site, and execution teams to resolve drawing queries
Ensure drawings comply with fitout standards, materials, and project requirements
Revise drawings based on site conditions and client feedback
Maintain drawing documentation and version control
Requirements & Qualifications:
Education: Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or related field
Experience: Minimum 1–2+ years UAE experience in the fitout industry
Certifications: Not mandatory (AutoCAD certification preferred)
Technical Skills:
AutoCAD (Mandatory)
SketchUp (Preferred)
Strong knowledge of architectural & joinery detailing
Understanding of fitout materials and industry standards
Soft Skills:
Strong coordination & communication skills

Ability to work under tight timelines
