Job Title: Planning Engineer – Construction
Qualifications & Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Civil, Architectural, Mechanical).
Minimum 5 years of experience as a Planning Engineer in construction projects.
Proven experience within the Gulf Region.
Fluent in English (written and spoken).
Currently available in UAE.
Valid UAE driving license.
Responsibilities:
Develop, maintain, and monitor project schedules using Primavera P6 or MS Project.
Coordinate with project teams, subcontractors, and clients to ensure timely execution of works.
Perform project progress tracking, reporting, and forecasting.
Identify potential delays, risks, and suggest mitigation plans.
Review contractor schedules, resource allocation, and productivity metrics.
Prepare weekly, monthly, and milestone reports for management review.
Support project cost control by linking schedule with budget and resource utilization.
