Qualifications & Experience:
Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred
Experience: Prior experience in recruitment is preferred
Open to recruiters not currently in full-time employment
Requirements:
Proven experience in recruitment or talent acquisition preferred
Ability to work independently and manage multiple mandates
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented
UAE-based preferred but remote collaboration possible
