Description:
We are currently seeking an experienced and capable Rehabilitation Manager to join a reputable hospital team based in Abu Dhabi. This role is suited for a healthcare professional with strong leadership abilities and in-depth knowledge of rehabilitation services, hospital operations, and regulatory compliance within the UAE healthcare system.
Minimum of two years of proven managerial experience in a hospital-based rehabilitation environment.
A valid DOH license is mandatory and must be active at the time of application.
Strong understanding of rehabilitation department operations, clinical workflows, compliance requirements, and healthcare regulatory standards.
Ability to lead multidisciplinary teams, manage daily operations, and ensure high-quality patient care services.
Excellent leadership, communication, and coordination skills are essential for this role.
