Job Title: Junior / Site Engineer – Building Construction
Qualifications & Experience:
Qualification: Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering
Experience: 1–3 years of experience in building construction projects (Fresh graduates may be considered for Junior roles)
Responsibilities:
Assist in day-to-day site activities and construction supervision
Ensure work is executed as per drawings, specifications, and schedules
Coordinate with subcontractors, foremen, and site supervisors
Monitor material usage, manpower, and site progress
Support quality control and safety compliance on-site
Prepare site reports, measurements, and documentation
Assist senior engineers in inspections and project coordination
