Job Title: Estimator – Retail Interior Fit-Out
Qualifications & Experience:
Qualification: Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or Interior Fit-Out related field
Experience: Minimum 4 years of experience in retail interior fit-out projects
Requirements:
Prepare detailed cost estimates and BOQs for retail interior fit-out projects
Analyze drawings, specifications, and tender documents
Conduct quantity take-offs and pricing for materials, labor, and subcontract works
Prepare and submit tenders, quotations, and cost proposals
Coordinate with procurement, design, and project teams for accurate pricing
Evaluate vendor and subcontractor quotations
Identify cost-saving opportunities and value engineering options
Maintain cost databases and pricing benchmarks
Strong experience in retail interior fit-out estimation
Proficiency in estimation tools, MS Excel, and cost-control methods
Ability to read and interpret architectural and MEP drawings
Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills
