Davidson Management Consultants have been mandated to recruit a native Arabic speaking Senior Executive Assistant to the CEO and Chairman for their client in Abu Dhabi which is a large healthcare group. We are looking for Senior Executive Assistants with a minimum of 8 to 10 years of experience in providing executive assistance to C-suite professionals within a busy work environment. The ideal candidates will have excellent communication skills in English and Arabic. You would be responsible for proactively managing complex, changing, and high-priority calendars, prioritizing meetings, and resolving conflicts. Preparing agendas, minutes, and presentation materials for Board meetings and executive team sessions. Acting as the first point of contact, screening calls and emails, and exercising discretion with sensitive information. Coordinating international and domestic travel, including accommodation and itineraries. Conducting research, preparing reports, and managing special projects to support the CEO's goals. Serving as a bridge between the CEO/Chairman and internal departments, stakeholders, and partners.
Salary : Aed 30,000 plus family benefits (Salary mentioned in the advertisement is indicative.The final offer lies at the discretion of the client and will be made after completion of interviews).
