Job Title: Quantity Surveyor
Qualifications & Experience:
Qualification: Graduate in Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or related field
Experience: Minimum 5 years in quantity surveying, cost estimation, and contract management, preferably in construction or infrastructure projects
Requirements:
Prepare detailed cost estimates, budgets, and BOQs (Bill of Quantities) for projects
Monitor project costs and ensure adherence to budgets
Review and evaluate contractor quotations, invoices, and payment applications
Conduct cost control, value engineering, and risk analysis
Assist in contract negotiation and management
Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and procurement teams
Prepare financial and progress reports for management
Ensure compliance with project specifications, contracts, and regulatory requirements
