Key Responsibilities
Supervise daily shop operations and coordinate staff activities
Manage online stores and sales platforms to ensure a smooth customer journey
Coordinate flower arrangements and gift wrapping with artistic excellence
Monitor orders, ensuring quality, accuracy, and timely delivery
Maintain high standards of customer service and client satisfaction
Introduce creative ideas and innovative designs to attract customers
Ensure efficient workflow and organization within the shop
Requirements & Qualifications
Experience or demonstrated talent in flower arranging and gift wrapping
Strong organizational and store management skills
Ability to manage daily operations independently
Creative mindset with refined artistic taste
Strong teamwork and communication skills
Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced retail environment
Previous retail or coordination experience is an advantage

SAR 4,500 – 6,500 per month
