Qualifications & Experience:
Graduate / Post Graduate in HR, Business, or related field
Minimum 5 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in senior or specialist roles
Experience in end-to-end recruitment, client handling, and team coordination
Requirements:
Strong knowledge of recruitment processes, sourcing strategies, and talent acquisition best practices
Experience handling multiple clients, job functions, and industries
Ability to manage and mentor junior recruiters
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills
Familiarity with ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems) and HR software
