Key Responsibilities:
• Drive revenue growth by developing and executing strategic sales plans.
• Identify new market opportunities and expand the company's client base.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and business partners.
• Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve and exceed targets.
• Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to inform strategy.

Qualifications & Skills:
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (Master's degree is a plus).
• Minimum 5 years of experience in sales, including at least 2 years in a senior or supervisory role.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Excellent analytical and strategic thinking abilities.
• Proficiency in CRM systems, data analysis tools, and MS Office.
