Civil Foreman is responsible for supervising and coordinating civil maintenance and minor construction activities related to roads and infrastructure within Facility Management projects. The role ensures works are executed safely, efficiently, and in compliance with approved standards, drawings, and schedules.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise day-to-day civil works related to roads, pavements, kerbs, drainage, culverts, and infrastructure assets.
Plan and allocate manpower, materials, tools, and equipment for maintenance and repair activities.
Ensure works are carried out according to FM standards, drawings, specifications, and HSE requirements.
Monitor quality of work and ensure corrective actions are taken when required.
Coordinate with engineers, FM supervisors, subcontractors, and other trades.
Conduct site inspections, identify defects, and report infrastructure issues.
Support preventive and corrective maintenance activities for roads and civil infrastructure.
Maintain daily work reports, material usage records, and manpower logs.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and permit-to-work systems.
Assist in emergency repairs and urgent infrastructure works when required.
