We are seeking an experienced HR Technology Specialist to lead and optimize end-to-end employee lifecycle management, SAP SuccessFactors administration, and Saudi payroll operations for a well-established organization operating within the pharmaceutical and healthcare sector. This role is critical in ensuring HR system efficiency, regulatory compliance, and a seamless employee experience across all stages of employment.
The position plays a strategic role in driving HR digital transformation, automating HR processes, and maintaining high standards of payroll accuracy in line with Saudi labor regulations. The successful candidate will work closely with HR, IT, and Finance teams to support organizational growth, compliance, and data-driven decision-making.

Key Responsibilities
Employee Lifecycle Management
Manage onboarding, internal transfers, promotions, separations, and offboarding processes
Ensure compliance with company policies and Saudi labor regulations
Optimize workflows to improve efficiency and employee experience
SAP SuccessFactors Administration
Configure, maintain, and enhance SuccessFactors modules including Employee Central, Performance, Learning, and Compensation
Partner with HR and IT teams to implement system upgrades and new functionalities
Deliver user training, system support, and issue resolution
Saudi Payroll Management
Oversee end-to-end payroll processing for Saudi employees
Ensure full compliance with Saudi labor law, GOSI, WPS, and tax regulations
Coordinate with Finance and HR for payroll reporting, audits, and reconciliations
HR Technology Strategy & Analytics
Lead HR digital transformation and process automation initiatives
Develop HR dashboards and analytics to support leadership decision-making
Maintain data integrity, system security, and regulatory compliance
Requirements & Qualifications
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field
Certifications (Preferred):
SAP SuccessFactors Certification
Payroll or HRIS-related professional certifications
Experience:
Minimum 8+ years of experience in HR Technology, HRIS, and Payroll systems
Prior experience within Pharma or Healthcare environments is preferred
Technical Skills:
Strong expertise in SAP SuccessFactors (Employee Central, Payroll, Performance, Learning, Compensation)
Hands-on experience with Saudi payroll compliance, including GOSI, WPS, and tax regulations
HR analytics, reporting, and dashboard development
Soft Skills:
Strong stakeholder and cross-functional collaboration skills
Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities
High attention to detail and process orientation
