Salary: AED 5000 to 10000 (estimated)

Description:
BNW Developments is seeking a proactive and experienced Human Resources Executive to join its Dubai-based team in a full-time, on-site role. This position is ideal for HR professionals who are passionate about building effective people practices, strengthening employee engagement, and contributing to a positive and compliant workplace culture.
Manage end-to-end HR operations and provide comprehensive support across the organization
Develop, implement, and maintain HR policies, procedures, and internal guidelines
Handle employee relations matters, including conflict resolution and workforce communication
Coordinate onboarding activities and ensure accurate maintenance of employee records
Ensure full compliance with UAE labor laws and internal organizational policies
Support HR operations related to documentation, reporting, and policy enforcement
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to promote employee engagement and a healthy work environment
Apply HR best practices to support business objectives and organizational growth
Utilize HR software and HRMS tools to manage HR processes efficiently
Proven experience in HR management and HR operations
Strong understanding of HR policies, procedures, and industry best practices
Experience handling employee relations and compliance-related matters
Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving skills
Proficiency in HR systems and digital HR tools is highly desirable
