Job Title: Commis Chef
Qualifications & Experience:
Culinary Certificate / Diploma in Professional Cookery or related field preferred
1–3 years of experience as a Commis Chef
Experience in a Japanese kitchen (sushi, ramen, robata, hot/cold kitchen) preferred
Requirements:

Passion for Japanese cuisine and willingness to learn
Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment
Knowledge of food safety, hygiene, and kitchen standards
Strong teamwork and communication skills
