Qualifications:
* Identify recruitment sources based on best practices and conduct search for CVs.
* Manage the Applicant Tracking System - Success Factor (SAP & EC).
* Organize local and overseas recruitment drives, Campus interviews.
* Pre-screen and shortlist candidates, set interview panels and arrange interviews.
* Coordinate with Talent Management Team for Assessment Centers and skill tests.
* Liaise with Government Relations Section regarding Visa process.
* Manage on boarding of new hires.
* Prepare and submit reports to Deputy Manager Talent Acquisition as and when
required.
* Coordinate with Recruitment Agencies and source new vendors as required.
* Ensure compliance to HR Policies and procedures in general and Recruitment &
Selection in particular.
* Comply with agreed recruitment and on boarding service level agreements.
* Provide coaching to Stakeholders on new recruitment processes and system
