Job Title: Commercial Manager
Qualifications & Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, Business, or related field
8–12 years of experience in commercial management within construction or building projects
Proven experience in UAE projects preferred
Requirements:
Strong knowledge of contracts, cost control, and project commercial management
Ability to handle negotiations, claims, and variations
Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills
Proficiency in cost management tools and MS Office
Responsibilities:
Oversee project commercial aspects including budgeting, cost control, and forecasting
Prepare and review BOQs, variations, claims, and final accounts
Negotiate with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers on commercial matters
Monitor project expenditure and ensure alignment with budgets
Provide reports and recommendations to senior management
Ensure compliance with contract terms, UAE laws, and company policies
