Job Title: Procurement Engineer

Qualifications & Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Supply Chain, or related field
3–7 years of experience in construction procurement and supply chain management
UAE experience advantage
Requirements:
Strong knowledge of construction specifications, materials, and vendor management
Experience in negotiating costs with suppliers and subcontractors
Ability to plan, source, and manage materials efficiently
Familiarity with procurement processes, documentation, and ERP systems
Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills
Responsibilities:
Manage procurement of materials, equipment, and subcontractor services for construction projects
Identify, evaluate, and maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers
Negotiate pricing, contracts, and delivery terms to optimize project costs
Ensure timely material delivery and availability to meet project schedules
Monitor inventory, prepare purchase orders, and track procurement activities
Coordinate with project, site, and finance teams to ensure smooth procurement operations
Maintain records, reports, and documentation for auditing and compliance
