Job Title: HR Manager

Qualifications & Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
8–12 years of progressive HR experience, preferably in aviation, airport operations, or large organizations
Proven experience leading HR teams and implementing strategic HR initiatives
Requirements:
Deep understanding of HR best practices, UAE labor law, and compliance requirements
Strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills
Ability to develop and execute HR strategies aligned with organizational goals
Experience in talent acquisition, performance management, employee relations, and workforce planning
Responsibilities:
Lead and manage the HR department, ensuring alignment with airport operations and strategic objectives
Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and programs
Oversee talent acquisition, recruitment, onboarding, and retention initiatives
Drive performance management, employee engagement, and development programs
Manage employee relations, conflict resolution, and compliance with UAE labor laws
Support organizational development, succession planning, and workforce planning
