Job Title: Project Manager
Qualifications & Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering (mandatory for technical roles)
15+ years of overall construction project experience
Significant UAE-based experience required
Proven track record in managing construction projects
Requirements:
Strong knowledge of construction processes, planning, and execution
Experience managing budgets, timelines, resources, and subcontractors
Ability to lead multidisciplinary project teams and coordinate with stakeholders
Knowledge of UAE regulations, safety standards, and local construction practices
Excellent communication, leadership, and decision-making skills
Responsibilities:
Oversee planning, execution, and delivery of construction projects
Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and project teams
Manage budgets, schedules, and resource allocation
Ensure compliance with project specifications, quality standards, and safety requirements
Identify and mitigate project risks and issues
Prepare reports, project documentation, and progress updates for senior management
Drive project performance, efficiency, and timely completion
