Sales Coordinator
Job Location : Dubai, United Arab Emirates
Job Description :
• Liaise with the graphic design team to ensure timely delivery of designs.
• Communicate feedback from the sales team or clients to the designers for revisions or improvements.
• Act as the bridge between the sales team and production departments, ensuring seamless communication.
• Update the sales team on job progress, delays, or any challenges affecting delivery timelines.
• Work closely with dummy makers to confirm the accuracy and quality of mock-ups.
• Coordinate with the CTP department for pre-press activities, ensuring all jobs meet the required specifications and deadlines.
• Maintain detailed records of job orders, revisions, and approvals.
• Track the progress of jobs from initiation to completion, ensuring all stakeholders are informed at every stage.
Qualifications:
• High school diploma or equivalent (technical diploma in printing is a plus)
• 1-3 years of experience in a printing press.
• Knowledge of offset printing.
