Job Location : United Arab Emirates

Responsibilities :

• Manage day-to-day office administrative activities
• Maintain organized filing systems and office records
• Schedule meetings and manage calendars
• Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and service providers
• Provide administrative support to management and HR

Accounting Support :

• Assist with preparation and checking of invoices
• Maintain records of expenses and basic financial data
• Support accounts payable and receivable documentation
• Coordinate with the accounts team when required
• Maintain petty cash records
• Perform data entry in accounting or reporting systems

Requirements :

• Previous experience in an office administration or similar role
• Basic understanding of accounting and bookkeeping tasks
• Experience with invoicing, expense tracking, and documentation
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Good organizational and communication skills

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
