Role: Senior Graphic Designer (Brand, Social Media & AI-Driven Design)

Job Summary:
We are a company establishing a strong marketing operations-support hub in Dubai to support our U.S. market. We are seeking a Senior Graphic Designer with strong branding expertise, social media design experience, and hands-on experience using AI-powered design tools. This role will be responsible for maintaining and improving our brand across social media, website visuals, and marketing assets.
This is a senior role with creative ownership. You will work closely with leadership and marketing and be expected to bring ideas, improve processes, and elevate brand perception.
Responsibilities:
Lead and maintain the company’s visual brand identity across all platforms
Own the design and visual direction for social media, including post templates, campaign visuals, and brand consistency
Design and continuously improve website visuals, layouts, and user experience in collaboration with developers
Create high-quality marketing and sales materials, including proposals, pitch decks, brochures, case studies, and digital assets
Develop, maintain, and enforce brand guidelines
Collaborate closely with leadership, marketing, and sales teams on creative direction
Use AI-powered design tools to accelerate concept development and improve workflow efficiency
Manage projects from concept to final delivery
Present design concepts clearly and incorporate feedback professionally
Manage multiple projects and deadlines independently
Requirements:
Strong knowledge of graphic design fundamentals (typography, layout, color theory, branding)
Professional experience using AI design tools such as Adobe Firefly, Photoshop AI (Generative Fill), Midjourney, DALL·E, Figma AI, Runway, or similar
Ability to use AI strategically and responsibly in a professional design workflow
Fluent in English (written and spoken)
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and Figma
Strong understanding of social media design best practices
Experience improving website visuals and UI/UX
Ability to explain design decisions and think strategically
Strong attention to detail and quality standards
Preferred Qualifications:
4+ years of professional graphic design experience
Experience in B2B, corporate, or service-based industries
Motion graphics or video design experience
Ability to work night shift (UAE time zone) aligned with Los Angeles operations.
This is an on-site role, candidates who can join immediately are highly preferred and must be in Dubai, United Arab Emirates
