Job Title: Accountant
Qualifications & Experience:
Qualification: Graduate in Accounting / Finance
Experience: Minimum 5 years of accounting experience in UAE building construction projects
Requirements:
Strong knowledge of accounting principles and UAE VAT regulations
Experience with project-based accounting, billing, and cost control in construction
Proficiency in accounting software (Tally, SAP, or similar)
Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple project accounts
Responsibilities:
Maintain financial records and prepare project-wise accounts
Manage accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
Ensure compliance with UAE accounting standards and regulations
Coordinate with auditors, project managers, and finance team
