• Monitoring and managing medication inventories to ensure availability and prevent shortages.

• Compounding specialized medications as needed.
• Conducting medication therapy management reviews to optimize patient outcomes.
• Participating in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient safety and satisfaction.
• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date patient records.
• Staying current on the latest developments in pharmaceuticals and healthcare.
