Job Position – Civil Engineer

Facilities Management (UAE)
Key Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day civil maintenance activities in line with FM standards
Coordinate Hard FM (structural, MEP support, building fabric) and Soft FM (finishes, minor interiors, common areas) works
Plan and supervise preventive and corrective maintenance using CAFM systems
Conduct site inspections, snagging, and quality checks ensuring compliance with ISO and UAE regulations
Prepare technical reports, method statements, and BOQs for civil maintenance works
Liaise with vendors, subcontractors, and FM teams to ensure timely completion of work orders
Monitor HSE compliance and enforce site safety standards
Requirements:
5+ years experience in civil works within a Facilities Management company in the UAE
Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering
Experience in high-rise or community FM projects
Knowledge of UAE building codes, ISO FM standards, and CAFM systems
Valid UAE Driving License preferred
Immediate joiners and local candidates preferred
