Key Responsibilities :
Manage day-to-day operations of staff accommodations and labor camps.
Ensure compliance with Dubai Municipality, Civil Defense, and MOHRE regulations.
Supervise maintenance, housekeeping, and facility services to maintain high living standards.
Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors for smooth operations.
Lead and motivate staff to uphold company standards and safety policies.
Requirements :
Minimum 5 years of UAE experience in managing staff accommodation or labor camps.
Strong leadership and organizational skills.
Solid knowledge of health, safety, and compliance standards.
