Marketing Coordinator - Arabic Speaker
Job Location : Sharjah, UAE
Required Skills & Qualifications :
• 3-5 years in sponsorships/partnerships/events (corporate or agency); experience with rights/activation.
• Bilingual, English & Arabic is a must.
• Excellent stakeholder and vendor management; strong presentation/writing skills.
• Numerate and organized-able to manage calendars, budgets, and deliverable deadlines for multiple sponsorships/activations simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
• Comfortable with basic marketing analytics (reach/engagement, UTMs, GA4 traffic snapshots).
• Proactive and resourceful, able to spot visibility opportunities in media, events, or partnerships.
• Familiarity with UAE event/activation norms and permits is a plus.
• Proficiency with project/task tracking tools such as Asana or Trello.
• Strong experience using Google Workspace for shared drives, file organization, reporting and team collaboration.
