Key Responsibilities
Manage inventory and spare parts within the maintenance workshop
Maintain accurate stock records and perform regular inventory audits
Monitor stock levels and coordinate replenishment requests
Issue and receive spare parts as per operational requirements
Prepare inventory reports and documentation
Ensure proper storage, labeling, and organization of materials
Work with inventory systems and ERP tools (if applicable)
Maintain compliance with internal policies and procedures
Requirements & Qualifications
Education:
Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related field (preferred)
Experience:
Proven experience as a Storekeeper in a maintenance or workshop environment (mandatory)
Strong background in spare parts and inventory control
Technical Skills:
Excellent knowledge of stock management and warehouse procedures
Ability to use inventory systems and prepare accurate reports
Understanding of spare parts classification and tracking
Language Requirement:
Strong command of English (spoken and written)
Soft Skills:
High level of organization and accuracy
Strong attention to detail
Responsible and dependable
Ability to work in a fast-paced workshop environment
Average Market Salary (Estimated): SAR 4,500 – 7,500 per month
(Based on experienced storekeepers in maintenance workshop environments in Saudi Arabia)
