Civil Manager (CM) – 12+ years of experience
Key Responsibilities
Depending on the position applied for, responsibilities may include:
Leading construction site operations and project execution
Managing architectural design coordination and technical approvals
Overseeing planning schedules, cost control, and project timelines
Implementing HSE policies and regulatory compliance measures
Supervising safety operations and risk mitigation
Managing logistics planning and material coordination
Coordinating with consultants, subcontractors, and project stakeholders
Ensuring quality assurance and contract compliance
Requirements & Qualifications
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, related discipline
Experience:
Experience range: 5–15+ years
Proven background in construction / contracting projects
Experience within Saudi Arabia preferred
Mandatory Requirements:
Currently based inside Saudi Arabia
Valid & transferable Iqama
Good command of English (written & spoken)
Certifications:
PMP (Planning / Project roles)
Engineering Council or Saudi Council of Engineers registration
Professional certifications in construction management
Soft Skills:
Leadership and team coordination
Strong communication skills
Project management and stakeholder engagement
Problem-solving and decision-making ability
Average Market Salary (Estimated – Monthly in SAR):
Civil Manager: SAR 30,000 – 40,000
