Key Responsibilities
Plan, design, and oversee civil engineering projects from initiation to completion
Prepare, review, and approve project drawings, plans, and technical specifications
Monitor project progress, quality, and compliance with applicable codes and standards
Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and internal stakeholders
Conduct regular site inspections and provide technical guidance
Ensure strict adherence to safety, environmental, and quality standards
Prepare project reports, documentation, and progress updates for management
Requirements & Qualifications
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering
Experience:
Minimum 5+ years of relevant civil engineering experience
Technical & Professional Skills:
Strong knowledge of civil engineering principles, standards, and practices
Experience in site supervision, design coordination, and project execution
Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills
Language Requirement:
Arabic proficiency is mandatory

Average Market Salary (Estimated):
SAR 8,000 – 14,000 per month
(Based on Civil Engineer roles in Yanbu & Saudi Arabia, 5+ years experience, and project-based engineering environments)
