Hiring for a prestigious client in Qatar for a dedicated Branch Manager to lead their luxury brand operations.

Responsibilities:
- Train and monitor sales staff performance, organize customer service and communication training
- Oversee store operations, product display, and visual merchandising standards
- Manage inventory levels, storage procedures, and product availability
- Coordinate with Brand Management on marketing strategies and new product launches
- Supervise and manage multiple branches across Qatar, ensuring alignment with business goals
- Evaluate staff performance, prepare reports, and handle disciplinary actions when required
- Report on sales figures and KPIs regularly

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Branch Manager in luxury/ high-end retail Strong leadership, sales, and customer service skills
- Fluent communication skills in English and Arabic
- In-depth knowledge of the Qatar luxury market and customer expectations
- Immediate availability
- Competitive negotiable salary based on experience
