Job Title: Sales Team Leader
Qualifications & Experience:
3–7 years of experience in Sales, Real Estate, or HR industry
Minimum 1–2 years of experience in a team leadership role
Real estate or HR industry experience preferred
Arabic fluency required for HR-focused role
Requirements:
Strong communication and leadership skills
Proven ability to achieve sales targets and drive team performance
Ability to train, motivate, and manage a sales team
Results-oriented and proactive mindset
Strong negotiation and closing skills
Good understanding of sales KPIs and performance metrics
