Key Responsibilities:
• End-to-end implementation, configuration, and support of Postilion Switch
• Support debit card systems, ATM acquiring, and instant card issuance platforms
• Provide technical leadership for assigned projects and change requests
• Support system testing, certifications, and compliance initiatives
• Manage incidents, root cause analysis, and system optimizations
• Collaborate with stakeholders, vendors, and internal teams
• Ensure system reliability, performance, and security compliance

Requirements & Qualifications:
Experience
• 12+ years of application support experience
• Minimum 6 years of experience in payment systems

Technical Skills (Mandatory)
• Hands-on expertise with Postilion Switch
• Strong knowledge of debit card systems
• Experience with payment protocols & transaction flows
• APIs & enterprise system integrations
• ATM acquiring & card issuance systems

Compliance & Industry Knowledge
• Experience with Visa & MasterCard integrations
• PCI-DSS & ISO 27001 familiarity
• Understanding of regulatory & compliance frameworks

Professional Skills:
• Strong technical leadership & decision-making ability
• Stakeholder & vendor management expertise
• Ability to work under pressure
• Strong analytical & problem-solving skills

Salary, Benefits & Career Growth
Average Market Salary (Estimated):
OMR 2,200 – 3,800 per month (Varies based on experience & banking domain expertise)
