Key Responsibilities:
Lead requirement elicitation workshops and stakeholder interviews to map business processes and propose improvements
Prepare detailed Business Requirement Documents (BRDs), functional specifications, and User Stories with clear acceptance criteria
Maintain requirement traceability and collaborate with Dev and QA teams to clarify technical functionalities
Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and support QA in designing test scenarios and validating solution alignment
Act as the primary liaison between business and technical teams, managing feedback loops and defect resolution workflows
Ensure solutions align with enterprise IT strategy and Agile delivery processes
Requirements & Qualifications:
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field
Certifications (Preferred)
Agile / Scrum certification
CBAP (Certified Business Analysis Professional) or PMI-PBA (Professional in Business Analysis) is highly desirable
Experience:
6–8 years as a Business/System Analyst in IT or software development projects
Strong experience with SDLC and Agile methodologies
Hands-on knowledge of JIRA, Confluence, Azure DevOps, and basic SQL querying
Technical & Soft Skills:
Excellent requirement elicitation and documentation skills
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication abilities
Ability to collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams
Experience managing UAT and stakeholder feedback cycles
Salary, Benefits & Career Growth:
Salary: SAR 14,000 – 22,000 per month (Estimated)
