Key Responsibilities
Build and maintain scalable data infrastructure from scratch
Design and develop high-performance data pipelines and distributed systems
Optimize ETL processes and ensure reliable data workflows
Manage and monitor cloud-based data platforms
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering, analytics, product)
Ensure data integrity, performance optimization, and system scalability
Support real-time and batch processing requirements

Requirements & Qualifications
Experience:
2–6 years of proven experience as a Data Engineer
Hands-on experience building data infrastructure and pipelines from scratch

Technical Skills:
Strong proficiency in Python
Expertise in Apache Spark
Advanced knowledge of ETL design and optimization
Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
Familiarity with distributed data processing systems

Industry Experience (Preferred):
Financial Services
FinTech
Cryptocurrency
High-Frequency Trading (HFT) environments
Education (Preferred):
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Engineering, or related field
Certifications (Plus):
Cloud certifications (AWS/GCP/Azure Data Engineering)
Big Data or Spark-related certifications

Soft Skills:
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently in a remote environment
Effective collaboration and communication abilities

Salary, Benefits & Career Growth
